Review customers property portfolio with regard to ensuring the property fits with the needs of the overall business strategy. Review lease's and advise on areas where rationalisation can be achieved and have a positive impact on the customers business performance.
Space Utilisation Studies
Review current use of space within the property portfolio with regard to best use of the space in relation to occupancy levels, breakout and common space to ensure the area available is best used. Offer proposals of alternative space layouts that improve the environment for the users of the space.
